Planning approval is sought to by Peel Town Commissioners for the replacement of windows and doors at Derby Lodge, 1 – 3a Derby Road.

The properties currently benefit from aluminium sliding sash windows and timber doors, and the application proposes to replace these with upvc sliding sash windows and upvc doors.

The properties are located within the Peel Conservation Area, however, having considered the design of the properties and the current windows, the proposal is considered to be acceptable.

Peel Town Commissioners recommend approval.
