Officer's Report
Planning permission was granted in January 2007 for alterations and extension to Lilybank, Kionslieu Hill, Foxdale. This current application seeks to amend that scheme, by the construction of a porch to the front elevation, the raising in height of the proposed dormer to the rear elevation, an amendment in the roof detail of the proposed double garage and enlargement of the proposed utility to form a kitchen extension.
The property is located in an elevated position within Foxdale; however the impact of the proposed amendments will not detract from the appearance of the dwelling within the landscape.
The proposed amendments are considered to be acceptable.
The Department of Transport require three parking spaces, and adequate parking already exists within the site to accommodate vehicles. The Department of Transport Drainage Division advise of no objection subject to condition. Both statutory bodies are considered to have Interested Parry Status.
