SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS Application No. 85/1210

1 The building(s) shall not be used for any other purpose than that indicated on the plan or in the application without the consent of the Committee.

2 This permission is granted on condition that such permission shall be deemed to be a licence for the erection and use of the building and shall be revocable at any time if the building in question is at such date, in the opinion of the Committee, not in a good structural condition and/or not properly painted or otherwise treated or has become detrimental to the amenities of the district in which it is situate. Upon revocation of this licence such building shall be taken down and removed upon one calendar month's notice in writing being given by the Committee.

3 The development shall be completed within the period of TWELVE (12) months from the date of this approval WHICH SHALL CEASE TO HAVE EFFECT IN DEFAULT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CONDITION except in respect of any development completed within that period.

4 Subject to the last foregoing condition the development having been commenced shall be carried on to completion in a workmanlike and expeditious manner to the satisfaction of the Planning Committee and if not so completed within the said period of (12) TWELVE months it shall be a further condition of this approval that the applicant shall submit a new application for consideration by the Committee in respect of the uncompleted development.
