Officer's Report
Planning approval is sought for the construction of a porch to the front elevation a single storey utility room extension to the rear of 40 St Germans Place, Peel.
The property is situated at the end of a terrace of dwellings and the proposal would not adversely impact the visual amenity of the streetscene or the residential amenity of neighbouring occupiers.
Peel Commissioners advise that they approve the application and the Department of Transport Highways Division advise of no objection. The Chief Fire Officer requires consultation.
It is considered that the Commissioners and Department of Transport comply with the provisions of Planning Circular 1/06 in relation to Party Status.
