For purposes of clarification the New and Old Farmhouses may be used as single residential dwellings only.
NOTE The applicant is advised that given the extent of land associated with this estate (as identified in Drawing No. AL/28/8/1 PA 98/1087) and the evidence that no need exists for an agricultural workers dwelling, approval for such a dwelling is unlikely to be forthcoming should such an application be submitted in the future.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
