In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 27 April 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the refurbishment works which have been carried out to the existing outbuilding as shown and described in the photographs and plans reference PDC/S01 and -S02 all received on 27th February, 2007.
- The farm workshop may be used only in conjunction with the operation of Robin Hill Farm and may not be used as a separate or commercial workshop.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
