Approval in Principle, Erection of Dwelling, Slieau ny Creggin Cottage, Higher Foxdale for Mrs. V. Hoskisson.

The enclosed application is for Approval in Principle to site a dwelling alongside Slieau ny Creggin, but set back further from the highway. The land is considered to be wholly residential and comprises approximately 3 acres, half of which would be allocated to the new building plot.

The present access is considered to be inadequate and therefore, a new shared access will be provided. Providing visibility splays, the visibility in each direction along the kerb is in the order of 660 metres.
