In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 23 April 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 25 April, 2007 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas Secretary Planning Committee
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a store as shown in drawing numbers 4107 - LP, 4107 - 1, 4107 - 2, 4107 - 3, 4107 - 4, 4107 - 5, 4107 - 6, 4107 - 7 and 4107 - 8 date stamped 19th January 2007.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing external features of interest, such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department and be submitted to the planning authority.
NOTE: The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department as this type of premises falls with the Fire Precautions Act 1975.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
