Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions
This is an application for Reserved Matters to discharge Condition 3 relating to Planning Application Approval 07/00102/GB in association with Registered Building Consent 07/00103/CON. That Condition is as follows:
C 3.
PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing external features of interest, such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department and be submitted to the planning authority.
The applicant offers photographic evidence received on the 27th April 2007, which I consider this evidence to be sufficient to discharge this condition.
