In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby PERMIT the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 23 April 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This consent relates to the erection of a store as shown in drawing numbers 4107 - LP, 4107 - 1, 4107 - 2, 4107 - 3, 4107 - 4, 4107 - 5, 4107 - 6, 4107 - 7 and 4107 - 8 date stamped 19th January 2007.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing external features of interest, such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department and be submitted to the planning authority.
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
