Officer's Report
The loft conversion does not require planning permission as the works are internal works within a building. The only part which does require planning is the roof lights as, one of them exceeds the limit set in the Permitted development order. The property is not within a Conservation Area and nor is it a registered building. The roof lights will adversely affect the visual amenities of the street scene. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
