If the Inspector is minded to recommend to the Minister that the application is approved, the Department would suggest that the following conditions are attached to the approval notice: a. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. b. This approval relates to the alterations and extensions to dwelling (comprising amendments to PA 09/00245B) as proposed in the submitted documents and drawing 0790 / PL03 all received on 1st April 2011. c. The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate. d. Prior to the commencement of works a method statement is required to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority in consultation with the Inland Fisheries Development Manager; stating precautionary measures to be taken to prevent pollution / sedimentation of the watercourse and damage to bankside habitats and species. Such measures are to be implemented during and post construction of the development. e. Prior to the commencement of any building operations to the property the proposed parking provision to the east of the property is to be completed to allow the required parking provisions to be used for construction vehicles and afterwards for the occupants of the property once the works are complete
