PA06 1900 - Miss J Canipa -Cronk-bane Farm, Oak Hill, Port Soderick - Creation of a Roof Terrace The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved. PA06 1926 - The New Hospice - Erection of a Conservatory and detached oxygen/garden store - Ballamona Estate, Braddan The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved. PA06 1935 - Eden Park Garden Centre - Erection of a Conservatory - Ballapaddag Farm, Cooil Road, Braddan The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved.
PA06 1967 - Department of Tourism and Leisure - The laying out of sports pitches and associated car parking - Land at Ballafletcher, adjacent to new Nobles Hospital The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved.
PA06 1987 - J G Kelly Homes Ltd - Demolition of existing buildings and erection of residential development of three detached dwelling
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that there is no material planning reason to object to the principle of the application however, as the application as submitted does not comply with in particular Planning Policies, 2,3,4 and 5 of Planning Circular 3/91 then there is a valid reason to object to the detail of the application as submitted.
