Planning permission was granted in September 2006 for the construction of a conservatory to the rear elevation of the Eden Park Garden Centre, Cooil Road, Braddan.

This application seeks to amend the design of that conservatory and also extend the footprint, to provide an additional area for the café use. The proposal is considered to be acceptable.

Braddan Commissioners advise that they approve the application and the Disability Access Officer makes comments relating to access which are covered by the Building Regulations.

It is considered that all parties, who submitted comments, with the exception of the following:
