Site

The dwelling Allandale, Ballamanagh Road, Sulby, is a two storey detached property located on the northern side of the Ballamanagh Road.

Department Policies

The application site is within the area covered by the Isle of Man Development Plan Order 1982. Under this the application site is within an area recognised as being in a area of no development. The site is also within a area of high landscape value.

Proposal

The application proposes window alterations and installation of uPVC casement windows to replace existing.

We have received no private representations objecting to the application.

Assessment

The proposed alterations will cause no adverse impacts to the detriment of private of public amenity. For this reason the proposals would seem appropriate in these locations and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.
