In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 19 January 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 01 and 01803/1 all received on 9th October 2006 and 10th January 2006.
NOTE The applicant is advised that there are Underground Cables/Overhead Lines present in the area indicated in the planning application. Please contact
Anthony Kinrade or Ian Horsey, Operations and Maintenance Department, Network Services, Manx Electricity Authority, (Tel. 687705) to discuss working practices around Cables and Overhead Lines which may be required to be diverted before any work can be carried out on site.
The applicant is also advised to contact the Manx Electricity Authority for Electrical Site Safety 5 documents, (Tel. 687766), before any work is carried out on site. All work to be carried out with reference to Health and Safety Executive Guidance Notes HS(G)47 and GS6.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
No development may be undertaken until such time as the relevant reserved matters have been approved by the Planning Authority.
