The site lies off the Bnue - Anorex local highway up a long lane. The existing property is a single storey cottage with approximately 400 m of floor space. Proposed is the replacement of this with a new house. A skat on the top is an unmarked which shows 113 m of footprint and 2 storeys. The footprint would be such as the one that a large and well, the additional storey, the amount of new floor space is around 5 times the amount of floor space available. It has been designed to resemble a traditional farmhouse with two storey barns attached which is fine in itself but does not bear any resemblance in design, size or massing, to the existing clothing. The principle is, how the acceptable, of the redevelopment of the site.
