In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the does hereby PERMIT the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 19 January 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works a photographic survey must be undertaken to record the rear of the property and submitted to the Planning Committee for approval. Such a record is to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department.
- This permission relates to the Existing Roof Plan - Drawing No. 06-S054-SMCS-01, Proposed Elevations - Drawing No. 06-S054-SMCS-04, Proposed Roof Plan 06-S054-SMCS-03 and Site Plan all date stamped on 25th October, 2006.
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
