Officer's Report
It is proposed to excavate a new drain at The Old Mill, Mullen-e-cloie, Foxdale Road, St Johns in order allow rainwater to drain from the site more efficiently and overcome a flooding/ponding issue.
The drains would be laid across an existing arable field and the proposal is considered to be acceptable.
It is considered that all parties, who submitted comments, accord with the requirements of Planning Circular 1/06 and are therefore, afforded interested party status.
