In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 13 December 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 1st September 2006.
NOTE The applicant is advised that the application is subject to an application under Section 34 of the Land Drainage Act 1934 and will require written consent from the Department of Transport Drainage Division prior to commencement on site. The application under the Land Drainage Act will require detailed drawings and calculations.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Manx Electricity Authority to determine the clearance required from the (overhead high tension line) or (the underground cable) which crosses the site.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
