Permission was granted for the erection of a mobile classroom at Kewaigue School, Kewaigue, Douglas, Isle of Man. The application was decided by delegated authority in January 2007. Condition 1
1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
2. This approval is for a maximum period of 5 years from the date of this notice; if, at the end of this period, there is not in place planning approval for a further period, the mobile class-room must be removed from the site, and the use of the site must revert to a car-park.
Condition 3
3. The existing staggered arrival and leaving times and the car-parking management regime must remain in operation during the period specified in condition (2) above.
Condition 4
4. Prior to the commencement of any works the applicant must consult with the MEA (tel: 687705) to discuss working practices around existing cables in the area of the site; the development must be undertaken in accordance with the recommendations arising from this consultation.
Condition 5
5. Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawings numbered KM/01 and /02 and date-stamped 5.9.06.
