Officer's Report
It is proposed to replace and existing timber door to the front elevation of 27 Church Street, Peel, with a upvc door to match the existing windows. The dwelling is located within the Peel Conservation Area, however, a number of properties within Church Street benefit from upvc windows and door and the proposal is considered to be acceptable.
It is considered that all parties, who submitted comments, accord with the requirements of Planning Circular 1/06 and are therefore, afforded interested party status.
