Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This permission relates to the erection of a farm worker’s dwelling as shown in drawings reference AT803.3 Rev 1 and AT803.2 both received on 2nd August, 2006.
Condition 3
The occupation of the proposed dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was in agriculture in the Island and including the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.
Condition 4
The rooflights to be installed in the property must be conservation type as shown in the approved drawings. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005, no other rooflights may be installed at the property without the prior permission of the Planning Authority.
Condition 5
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions, greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, summerhouses, flag poles, decking, garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval.)
