re; Plan No. 06/01350/C; Change of use of land from agricultural to residential, Land Adjoining The Bungalow, Main Road, Ballaugh.

Applicant; Mr and Mrs R. Griffiths

I have to inform that my Commissioners have now considered the above proposed development, and are opposed to the proposed change of use, as the land is not within an area zoned for residential purposes.
