Condition 1

Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
Condition 2
The layout of the proposed flats must (a) comply in all respects with the Housing (Flats) Regulations; and (b) be such that no flat is contained entirely within the basement.

This approval relates to the red line site as shown in drawing number 01372/1 dated stamped 9th August 2006.
