Delegated Drawing Review Report

TO: Secretary of the Planning Committee FROM: Anthony Holmes, Planning Officer DATE: 19th March 2007 Re: PA 06/01399/B – Completion of infilling to create a driving range, King Edward Bay Golf & Country Club, Groudle Road, Onchan. The Director of Planning is requested to consider a submission from the applicant in respect of a requirement from the Minister following the confirmation of the refusal of the above planning application at appeal. The submission comprises of two drawings and sets out the grading levels based on the use of the existing material on site. This is in accordance with the Minister’s first direction and as such I recommend that the applicant be advised that the submission is acceptable. The second direction relates to the undertaking of the grading, top-soiling and seeding and requires such work to be done within three months of the approval of the details submitted in accordance with the first direction. The applicant has queried the import of top-soil for this and have responded to them by setting out my understanding of the position, see attached letter. An 19/3/07 Approved MS M. Holmes 22/2/07
