In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby PERMIT the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10 May 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the following Drawing Numbers and 3D, Photomontages of the Administration Block and Performing Arts Block all date stamped 23rd February 2007:

- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing internal and external features of interest and which are affected by this application, such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department
- PRIOR to the commencement of any works, the applicant is to submit for approval of the Planning Committee, large scale (minimum 1:20) details of the external windows, doors and glazed links of the Administration Block.
- Prior to the commencement of any works, the applicant is to submit for the approval of the Planning Committee, large scale details (minimum 1:20) of the cornicing details to the top of the Administration Block.
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
