Planning approval was sought and granted for alterations and extensions to Little Mount, Top Crosby Road, Marown; in June 2006 (PA 06/00730 refers). This application seeks approval to re-configure the proposed roof to the North West elevation, so as to remove two small hipped sections and replace with hipped roof with roof light.
The proposal is considered to be acceptable, and without detriment to the appearance of the extended dwelling within the landscape.
