Officer's Report
The site is within the Selborne Drive Conservation Area.
The proposal is to replace the existing wooden dormer unit with a uPVC dormer. The applicant has indicated it will be like for like in style. There are other uPVC units in the street. I feel the proposal in unobjectionable considering there are other units in the street. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
