In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Carlton Homes Ltd Proposal: Confirmed use of the building as four apartments in a modified form along with associated parking at: Kirkland 75 Waterloo Road Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 1EH
which was considered on 13 December 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the continued use of the building as four flats in a modified form as shown in drawing numbers HLK/06/0233/2, HLK/06/0233/3 date stamped 6th June 2006, HLK/06/0233/1a date stamped 25th October 2006 and letter from Kelly-Lewthwaite Building Design Limited dated 24th October 2006.
NOTE: The applicant is advised to contact the IoM Water Authority with regard to the water supply to the apartments.
NOTE: The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department as the proposal may fall within the scope of the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.
NOTE The applicant is advised that the flat must comply with the requirements of the Housing (Flats) Regulations 1982 and be registered thereafter under the same Regulations.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
