In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 06/3612/1 and 06/3612/2 date stamped the 7th June 2006.
- The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
NOTE: A Drainage Connection Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development
- Prior to the commencement of development the mode of connection into the public sewer must be agreed with the Drainage Authority.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.
NOTE Contact the M.E.A. Planning Department (Tel. 687781), to discuss the electricity supply for this application.
NOTE The applicant is advised that the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry require that appropriate measures be taken to avoid sediment or silt entering the Laxey River.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
