Dear Miss Callow, re; Plan No. 06/00983/R; Creation of a vehicular access, Goldies Loughan, Jurby East, Jurby. Applicant; Mr and Mrs Marshall I have to inform that my Commissioners have now considered the above proposed development, and wish to make the following comments.

Commissioners are opposed to the proposal, as an entrance already exists on the west side of the new holiday cottage and the applicant has also recently applied for and received planning permission for a new entrance on the west side of the existing main dwelling, and commissioners consider therefore that these two existing entrances are more than adequate to serve the purposes of the whole of the property.
