In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 31 August 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and extensions to the existing bungalow as shown in drawing numbers 01. Rev A, 02, date stamped June 7th 2006 and 03. Rev G date stamped June 15th 2006.
- The extended dwelling shall remain subject to the following condition, which was attached to the original approval for the dwelling:-
The occupation of the dwelling must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employment in agriculture and including also the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.
- The roof of the extension must be finished externally to match that of the existing dwelling.
- There must be retained within the site three parking spaces and a vehicle-turning facility.
NOTE: The applicants are recommended to consult the DoT’s Highway Division to discuss improvements to the visibility when emerging from the existing access on to the public highway.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
