Dear Mr. Johnstone, Re: Erection of a replacement dwelling - Kafue Cottage, St Judes Road, Sulby - 11/00458/B Please find a statement that set out the position of the Planning Authority in respect of the above planning application.
The statement comprises of five parts:
- A copy of the Planning Officers report which assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be refused. This was considered and accepted by the Planning Committee on the 17/06/11;
- Copy of the decision notice for this planning application;
- A set of Aerial photographs of the site;
- A set of amended conditions in the event that the appointed Planning Inspector is minded to recommend that the application be approved; and
- A copy of the previous Appeal Notice (04/02061/B).
