In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby PERMIT the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr David A Roberts Proposal: Registered Building Consent for repairs to louvres and replacement of concrete roof on church tower (In association with 06/00756GB) at: St Ninians Church Ballaquayle Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 5DA
which was considered on 3 August 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing number M4370-400 date stamped 05th May 2006, 1:1250 Site Location Plan date stamped 05th May 2006, Block Plan date stamped 05th May 2006, appended photographs date stamped 05th May 2006 and letter from Keel Construction dated 17th July 2006.
- Tower roof to be finished in Code 6 lead.
- Prior to the commencement of any works, the applicant must agree the method of removal of the concrete roof slab and corresponding protection to the remainder of the building with the Department's Conservation Officer.
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
