Officer's Report
Planning approval is sought for the demolition of an existing kitchen to the rear of No.2 Charles Street, Peel, and the construction of a single storey extension. In addition, it is proposed to replace windows to the front elevation with timber frame sliding sash, and insert 2No. Conservation style roof lights to the rear roof slope.
Planning permission was granted on 15th June 2006 for the extension of the adjacent property in the same manner as is now proposed for No. 2 Charles Street.
The property is located within the Peel Conservation Area, and the proposals are considered to be acceptable.
