Permission was granted for a single storey extension to the side elevation of 27 Cannan Court, Kirk Michael, a semi-detached bungalow situated at the northern end of a cul-de-sac on a triangular plot. Both were assessed and the application was recommended for approval. The committee formally approved the application on 18 March 2022, with four conditions attached to the permission.
The committee approved the application on 18 March 2022. The key planning considerations were the potential impact on the amenity and living conditions of neighbouring properties, and highway safety. Both were found to be acceptable.
