In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr & Mrs A Domke Proposal: Conversion of roof space into bedroom accommodation including installation of dormer windows, roof lights and recovering existing roof with slates at: 122 Malew Street Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1LT
which was considered on 8 June 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawing 5311/1 received on 24th April 2006.
- The roof light in the front pitch must be a Conservation type rooflight as shown in the approved drawing.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Prevention Officer with respect to the means of escape from the new accommodation.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
