In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby PERMIT the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr & Mrs N Carr Proposal: Registered Building Consent for the installation of uPVC windows to replace existing to front and side elevations on first floor (In conjunction with 06/00253 GB) at: Flat 2 Thurwood Place 26 West Quay Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 1DJ
which was considered on 16 May 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of uPVC windows to replace existing on the front and side elevations as shown in photos and window details date stamped 6th March 2006.
- All replacement windows must have a frame profile and section which matches those of the existing windows.
- All windows must be fitted with external glazing bars upon installation which match those of the existing windows, including in terms of width and profile.
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
