In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 5 June 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to drawing numbers SC762/P/10-01, SC762/P/10-04 Rev C, SC762/P/10-05 Rev B, SC762/P/10-06 Rev A, SC762/P/11-01 Rev C and SC762/P/12-02 Rev C date stamped 24th March 2006.
- No facing or roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
NOTE The MEA advises that the applicants contact Anthony Kinrade or Ian Horsey, Operations and Maintenance Department, Network Services, as there is a Low Voltage Underground Cable running underneath the site of the proposed works. This is to discuss working practices around cables which may be required to be diverted before any work can be carried out on site.
NOTE The applicants are advised to consult the Flats Inspection Team of the Fire Safety Department to discuss compliance with the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
