In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby PERMIT the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 4 July 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- Prior to the commencement of the works a full photographic survey of the property is to be carried out and provided for approval by the Planning Committee.
- Prior to the commencement of any works, the architects are to provide details of the partitioning system intended for use.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 1327/05 Drawing 01; 1327/05 Drawing 02 and 1327/05 Drawing 03 all received on 8th February 2006.
- Prior to the commencement of any works, the architect is to provide large scale details of the full height glazed screen.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
