Representations
Marown Parish Commissioners have no objections to the planning application.

I do not consider there to be any planning policies implications related to the assessment of the planning application.
Assessment
The planning application seeks approval for the erection of a single storey extension to and the installation of two rooflights within the dwelling.
I consider the proposed extension to be in keeping with the scale and design of the dwelling. I consider the proposed rooflights to be unobjectionable.
I recommend that the planning application be approved.
PARTY STATUS
I consider that all parties that made representations to the planning application meet the criteria of Government Circular 1/06 and should be afforded interested party status.
