Dear Sirs The following application has been considered by the Commissioners:
21/01216/B - Croit Kilvine Rencell Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7BN. Replacement of existing integral garage with 2 storey extension.
The Commissioners note that Highways do not oppose the proposals, but note that they defer to planning in regard to the consideration of adequate parking. Notwithstanding this aspect, the Commission has no objection to the application.
