I have to advise you that the Committee resolved to approve the application subject to the conditions set out in the notice enclosed. Rights of Appeal against this decision are provided under the Order and are summarised on the enclosed leaflet. ** I also enclose, for your information, copies of the letters considered by the Committee before reaching its decision.
