- The site is set within the open countryside surrounded by fields.
- The Staarvey Road is set to the south east of the application site

- The proposal is the installation of uPVC windows to replace the existing wooden windows.
- The replacement windows will be casement windows and finished in a wood effect.

I therefore recommend that permission be granted subject to condition attached in the schedule.
