In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Local Government and the Environment has given EXPRESS CONSENT to Hartford Homes Ltd for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 31 March 2006.
In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for Erection of signage.
The site for positioning the advert is; Land Adjacent To Proposed Development Fairway Drive Ramsey Isle Of Man
The conditions for such placement are;
1) The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of two years from the date of this notice.
2) Any advertisements displayed and any land used for the display of advertisements shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Committee.
3) Any hoarding or similar structure or any sign, placard, board or device erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a safe condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Committee.
4) Any advertisement hoarding shall not be sited or displayed so as to obscure or hinder the ready interpretation of any road traffic sign, railway signal or signal for the control of safety of navigation by water or air, or so as to render hazardous the use of any highway, railway or airfield.
5) Before any advertisement is sited or displayed on any land, the permission of the owner of the land, or a person entitled to grant such permission, shall be obtained.
6) This approval relates to the erection of signage as shown within drawing no.s 441 and 502 rev. A date stamped the 13th December 2005.
7) Within three months of the completion of the construction of the associated apartment blocks the development and the signage must be taken down and be removed in its entirety from the application site.

Secretary Planning Committee This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
