In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 14 June 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of new play equipment as shown in drawing numbers 01, 02 and 03 date stamped 16th December and Email from EMC Design dated 26th March 2006.
- Prior to the commencement of works, a landscaping scheme along the southern boundary of Railway Cottage shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. All planting shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details in the first planting seasons following the first use of the development. Any tree or shrub which within 5 years from the completion of the development dies, is removed, or seriously damaged or diseased shall be
replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species, unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
