which was considered on 2 February 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.
Date of Issue: 13 February, 2006 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas (Signature: M. Havelock) Secretary Planning Committee
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and extensions to "Cronk Froy" all as shown in drawing reference WL/04/930/2b and -1A and the location plan, all received on 20th December, 2005.
- No approval is hereby granted or implied to the definition of the residential curtilage as shown as the area edged red on the submitted plans. The residential curtilage shall only be that area immediately surrounding the dwelling as shown in drawing WL/04/930/2b.
- Prior to the commencement of any works on the proposed access, a more detailed plan must be approved by the Planning Authority showing the proposed junction with the lane alongside "Green Hedges" together with any gates and pillars.
