In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 20 January 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents, and drawings P01, P02 and P03 all received on 15th November 2005.
NOTE Applicant to consult with the Fire Safety Department as the premises falls within the scope of the Isle of Man Fire Precautions Flat Regulations 1996.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority to ensure that a connection is obtained for water supply purposes, or an amendment to the existing supply under the terms of the Water Supply Byelaws.
For a change in the supply to a premises (domestic or Commercial) the applicant should contact the IoMWA Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), tel. 69 59 57.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
