The site represents the footprint of an existing industrial building located within Balthane Industrial Estate to the east of the main spine road.

Proposed here is the installation of two new windows, one in the eastern elevation, the other in the southern elevation, both to match the general style of the existing windows in the building.

There are no adverse impacts as a result of these new windows and there are no objections.
